Research

We read the product’s label and offer materials, plus independent write-ups, and cite public health sources for general information.

What we will not do

We do not say a supplement treats or cures a disease. We do not invent ingredient amounts, studies, testimonials or ratings, and we do not copy sexual-performance claims.

Missing or conflicting information

If a brand does not publish amounts, or a label conflicts with a badge, we say so and tell you what to check.
